He has experience in working closely with small and medium-sized enterprises as well as listed companies in a wide range of sectors including technology, health, media, real estate and mining.
His transaction management is conducted in a calm, clear and diligent manner. He has provided advice on complicated cross-border financings, legal migrations and group reorganisations.
Having trained as a solicitor while at HopgoodGanim Lawyers in Brisbane, Adam is a registered foreigner lawyer in Queensland, Australia. He qualified in 2015 and then worked with Global Resources and Technology Lawyers before migrating to work in London. He has joined Waterfront Law as a partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial.
