Waterfront has advised the shareholders of Faredirect on the acquisition of the company by FLYR Labs, which supplies data-driven technology to airlines and transportation companies.
The acquisition brings advanced ancillary revenue and airfare marketing software to FLYR’s existing AI-powered revenue optimisation and decision support platform.
Waterfront’s Angus Young was the lead partner and Charlotte Lang was the associate working on the deal. The Waterfront team advised on various aspects of the deal, working closely with Faredirect CEO and co-founder Niels Colemont.
