Waterfront is delighted to announce the appointment of associates Zahrah Fakim and Jo Stacy in the corporate/commercial team and Maria-Elena Cacace who joins the business as an associate in the intellectual property and disputes team.
Having qualified in 2017, Zahrah has gained a variety of experience acting for every type of business from start-ups and SMEs to international public companies and will advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters relevant to technology companies, including venture capital investments, commercial contracts and M&A.
Jo qualified as a solicitor in November 2019, completing the LPC at BBP Law School in Holborn. Jo has broad commercial experience in different industry sectors such as media and hospitality and has a particular interest in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on IP and IT.
Maria-Elena Cacace will assist with various contentious and non-contentious matters including design right, trademark and copyright infringement as well as breach of contract and patent disputes.
