Waterfront has advised Incrediblue in relation to a £1.2m investment in the company led by Connect Ventures. Howzat Ventures, Seedcamp, Firestartr and existing investor Openfund also participated in the investment.
Incrediblue was founded in 2012 by Antonios Fiorakis, Georgios Gatos and Theo Orfanidis. It is an award-winning, online platform for booking yacht and boating holidays.
The Waterfront team advising on this transaction was led by Matt Cunningham with support from Jean-Marc Pettigrew and Patrick Peake.
