Incrediblue was founded in 2012 by Antonios Fiorakis, Georgios Gatos and Theo Orfanidis. It is an award-winning, online platform for booking yacht and boating holidays.
The Waterfront team advising on this transaction was led by Matt Cunningham with support from Jean-Marc Pettigrew and Patrick Peake.
JAG Shaw Baker provided legal advice to Connect Ventures.
Antonios Fiorakis, CEO and co-founder of Incrediblue, said: “I’m very happy with the service provided by Waterfront. Matt Cunningham carefully guided us through the legal complexities of the investment. He was very commercial and always focussed on the key issues for us. I would recommend Waterfront to other entrepreneurs without hesitation.”
Matt Cunningham said: “Incrediblue is a new and exciting business that has attracted a lot of attention from investors. It was a pleasure working with Antonios, Georgios and Theo. They are clearly passionate about the business and have big plans for the future. I wish them every success in bringing those plans to fruition and will be delighted to assist in any way I can.”
