Given our location and background, our work representing individuals tends to be for those based in London and the South East, but we act for people from all over the country.  When advising employees, we regularly receive feedback praising our empathy and support during what can be very stressful and life-changing moments.

What we do

We advise on the full lifespan of the employment relationship: recruitment, contracts and policies, managing performance, conduct or sickness issues, redundancies, dismissals and agreed exits.  We fight hard for our clients’ interests and we are skilled at bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal.  We’re also specialists in TUPE and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in the High Court.
