Waterfront has advised Tranquiliti on their recent investment from Tes, a renowned international provider of digital solutions to schools.
Tech start-up Tranquiliti was founded in 2018 by Aaron John and George Metcalfe. Tranquiliti’s core aim is to transform the ability of schools to proactively support pupil wellbeing.
The Waterfront team was led by corporate partner Angus Young who was supported by associate Charlotte Lang as well as partner Anthony Purvis who assisted from an employment law perspective.
