Waterfront has advised Tranquiliti on their recent investment from Tes, a renowned international provider of digital solutions to schools.
Tech start-up Tranquiliti was founded in 2018 by Aaron John and George Metcalfe. Tranquiliti’s core aim is to transform the ability of schools to proactively support pupil wellbeing.
The Waterfront team was led by corporate partner Angus Young who was supported by associate Charlotte Lang as well as partner Anthony Purvis who assisted from an employment law perspective.
Tranquiliti co-founder George Metcalfe said, “Angus and Charlotte were first-class. They demonstrated a clear passion to get the best deal for us, which they delivered. We thank them and the broader Waterfront team for guiding us through the deal and highly recommend them to founders of other start-ups that are seeking legal investment advice.”
Angus Young said, “Tranquiliti is a great business with a clear mission. We were delighted to support both Aaron and George as they take the business to the next level”.
