Waterfront advises on Lenses.io acquisition by Celonis

Waterfront has advised the founders of Lenses.io on the recent acquisition of the company by Celonis, a global leader in execution management.

Waterfront’s Angus Young was the lead partner on the deal and was supported by partner Matt Cunningham and associate Charlotte Lang.
