Waterfront Solicitors LLP acted for Stewart Vassie, Julian Leach and the other shareholders of Botsphere in relation to the acquisition of the company by BetVictor. Botsphere was founded in 2005 by Stewart Vassie and Julian Leach and is a provider of automated trading solutions to gaming businesses.
