Corporate News: Waterfront advise the founders of Globrix on the acquisition by Associated Northcliffe Digital

Waterfront acted for Daniel Lee and Ian Parry, the founders of Globrix, in relation to the acquisition by Associated Northcliffe Digital, the parent company of The Digital Property Group (the digital media arm of Daily Mail & General Trust), of a stake in the company. Globrix was founded in 2007 and is the UK’s largest free-to-list property search engine.
