Waterfront advises Rule Financial Group shareholders

Matt Cunningham, Head of Corporate at Waterfront, recently advised Chris DeBrusk and Amrik Chawla, Joint Heads of North America and minority shareholders in the Rule Financial Group. Rule Financial Group is a multinational business and IT consultancy, which was recently sold to the GFT Group, a leading German IT services provider for the banking sector in Europe and North America.

Chris and Amrik joined Rule Financial in March 2012 as part of the acquisition by Rule Financial of the Waterline Group where they were founders. Matt also advised them in relation to 2012 acquisition.
