Waterfront has advised software-focused growth equity firm Bloom Equity Partners on their recent acquisition of Soutron Global LLC and Soutron Limited.
The acquisition sees Soutron Global LLC (North America) and Soutron Limited (UK) merge into one entity to expand global operations in respect of the library, archive, and knowledge management software vertical they provide.
Waterfront’s Angus Young was the lead partner on the deal and was supported by associate Charlotte Lang.
