Waterfront has advised Ongosa in connection with the seed investment round in to the company by a private HNW individual and SEEDRS, its exiting investor.
Ongosa provides an online platform where ski and snowboard enthusiast across the globe are matched with local vetted ski specialists and professional instructors and mountain guides.
The Waterfront team was led by Matt Cunningham (Partner and head of corporate) with support from Okachi Kejeh (Associate).
