Waterfront has advised Plandek on its recent £4.5million investment round led by YFM Equity Partners.
Set up in 2018 by Charlie Ponsonby and Dan Lee, Plandek has developed a DevOps analytics platform that enables technology teams to deliver software with a faster delivery speed and quality.
Waterfront’s Angus Young was the lead partner throughout the investment round working alongside corporate associates Jo Stacy and Charlotte Lang as well as senior associate Matthew Hodson who assisted from an employment law perspective.

The National Security and Investment Act 2021 came into force came into force on 4 January 2022 and introduced the first stand-alone regime for screening acquisitions and investments to protect UK national security.
