Waterfront has advised the shareholders of Wambiz in relation to the sale of the company to Allocate Software. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Wambiz is an innovative provider of app-based staff engagement solutions for the health, education and enterprise sectors. Allocate Software is a leading international provider of workforce and resource planning solutions, supporting the operational and administrative needs of healthcare, defence and maritime sectors.
The Waterfront team was led by Matt Cunningham (Partner and Head of Corporate) with support from Angus Young, Piers Strickland, Jean-Marc Pettigrew, Graham Halliday and Matthew Akehurst.
