Waterfront advised Welcome, trading as Welcome Pickups, in relation to a Series A investment of €3.3million into the company from both new and existing investors. The round was led by Venture Friends and included Market One Capital, Howzat and the Jabbar Internet Group.
Welcome Pickups provide travellers with a ‘welcome’ package including airport transfers, sightseeing rides, and day trips, as well as travel extras, on arrival in any one of the 114 countries across the globe.
The Waterfront team was led by Matthew Cunningham (Partner) assisted by Okachi Kejeh (Associate) and Charlotte Lang (Trainee Solicitor).
