Catch Waterfront partner and Head of Corporate Law, Matt Cunningham in Finance Monthly’s ‘Deal of the Month’ for April. Matt was interviewed about the legal work Waterfront did for the software-as-a-service idea management platform, Wazoku, helping the company secure £500,000 worth of seed funding.
