• Acting for Sports Group Denmark A/S in their trade mark battle with Atleta ITM Inc (part of the Gap company) concerning trade marks in the athleisure space. This case went all the way to the Court of Appeal in November 2025.
• Acting for a leading American multi-media company in relation to an immersive art exhibition and related allegations of copyright infringement. Case was litigated in the High Court of England and Wales and subsequently settled in mediation on confidential terms.
• Acting for innovative building construction firm, Mekina Industries, defending allegations of breach of confidence and infringement of trade secrets brought by EMJ Plastics in the High Court of England and Wales.
• Acting for reseller of spare parts for luxury cars, successfully defending a claim for design right infringement brought by a competitor in the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

I am passionate tennis player who represents his county (Sussex).  I play on the ITF Masters circuit both in the UK and internationally (when work allows!).  I am currently ranked in the top 30 players in the UK for my age group.
